2. Who we are
The Website is operated by [Legal business name and entity type], doing business as Tahoe & Co K9 Solutions ("Tahoe & Co," "we," "us," or "our"). We provide dog training and related care services in Las Vegas, Nevada and the surrounding areas.
3. Using the Website
You may use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

Interfere with the Website's security or operation
You must be at least 18 years old to submit forms, book services, or opt in to text messages.
4. Services, pricing, and bookings
The Website describes our training programs and services for general information. Submitting a form or requesting an evaluation does not create a booking or a contract.
All training programs and care services are governed by a separate written client agreement that you sign before services begin. That agreement covers program details, vaccination and health requirements, liability, payment, cancellations, and refunds. If the client agreement and these Terms conflict, the client agreement controls.
Prices shown on the Website are subject to change. The price in your signed client agreement is the price you pay. Some services, including Existing Client Services, are available only to current or past clients and depend on availability.
5. Training results
Every dog is different. Results depend on many factors, including your dog's temperament, health, history, and how consistently the training is followed at home after the program.
Because of this, we do not guarantee specific results. Any training goals we discuss with you are goals, not promises.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing tahoeandco@gmail.com. We will honor your request promptly. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not stop service emails about bookings you have with us.
Accuracy. Every marketing email will identify Tahoe & Co as the sender and include our mailing address: [Mailing address].
We do not sell or rent your email address.
8. AI and automated tools
How we use AI. Parts of this Website, including some design code and some written content, were created or drafted with the help of artificial intelligence (AI) tools. Every part was reviewed, edited, and approved by people before publishing. Our training advice, programs, and client work come from Lilli and our team, not from AI.
Photos. [Choose one: "The photos of dogs and clients on this Website are real photos of our work, not AI-generated images." or describe any AI-edited or AI-generated images.]
No guarantee of accuracy. Despite our review, AI-assisted content or code may contain errors, outdated information, or features that do not work as intended on every device or browser. Website content is provided for general information only. If something on the Website conflicts with what we tell you directly or with your signed client agreement, what we tell you directly and the agreement control.
Your information. We do not enter your personal information, your dog's records, or your messages into public AI tools. If we use AI-powered features from our service providers (for example, our website platform or forms provider), those providers handle data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Ownership. AI-assisted content and code on this Website are owned by or licensed to Tahoe & Co along with the rest of the Website, as described in Section 9.

All Website content, including text, photos, videos, logos, design, and code, belongs to Tahoe & Co or is used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy, modify, or reuse our content without our written permission.
10. Reviews and testimonials
Reviews and testimonials on the Website are real experiences from real clients, shown as written or lightly shortened. They reflect individual experiences. Your dog's results may be different.
If you send us photos, videos, or reviews of your dog, you give us permission to share them on our Website and social media, unless you tell us in writing that you'd prefer we don't.
11. Third-party services and links
The Website uses outside services, including our website platform, online forms, and Google reviews, and may link to other websites and our social media. We do not control those services or sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
12. Not veterinary or medical advice
Blog posts and other Website content share general training information. They are not veterinary, medical, or behavioral diagnosis. Always talk with a licensed veterinarian about your dog's health, and seek professional help right away if your dog has bitten or shows signs of aggression.

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the Website, including that it will be accurate, error-free, secure, or always available.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Liability related to training and care services is governed by your signed client agreement.
15. Indemnification
You agree to protect and hold harmless Tahoe & Co and its owners, trainers, and staff from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Website or your violation of these Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute related to these Terms or the Website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
17. Changes to these terms
